Why Pay More?

Residential Lettings

We provide two basic services, find a tenant only or find a tenant and fully manage the tenancy for you.

Rental fees

Our rental department offers very competitive rates in the local market. We have no difficulty finding suitable tenants, demand always outstrips supply.

For our ‘Let Only’ service we charge just 2 weeks rent + VAT

For our ‘Managed’ service we charge just 1 weeks rent plus 8% of the ongoing rental + VAT

  • Inventory ingoing and end of tenancy
  • Periodic Property Inspections
  • Emergency 24 hour service number
  • Arrange resolution of minor maintenance issues

We Can Also Help To:

  • Arrange gas and electricity safety certificates if required
  • Arrange PAT testing
  • Obtain HMO licences if required
  • Place deposits with a Government approved Tenancy Deposit Scheme

The above services attract some additional costs, payable to the authorities governing. It is not our intention to make a profit from your legal obligations; we simply guide you in respect of maintaining your legal wellbeing and pass the charges involved on to you.

We can also provide advice, help and services such as plumbers, painters, builders, cleaners, etc. to help you speed up putting your property on the market or refreshing a property at the end of a tenancy in readiness for a new tenancy.
